Closer look at the aluminium front of the eclipse, you can clearly see the holes getting smaller toward the top, looks very natural and smooth in personBig Smile

The fact that the speaker perforations are directional rather than simply "from a sheet" was explained at the dealer launch. It'd be interesting to know how the holes were determined and made. Worth the wait for you. Reminds me of the Beocenter 6 second generation.

Iam not sure if it’s an auditory illusion or not, but i think it actually sounds slightly better with the aluminium speaker cover compared to the cloth cover/fret. Its somewhat marginal but i do think i can tell/hear the difference.

Absolutely I have a Wemo socket connected to the BLGW so once the lights go on the tree they will be switched via the Home Control overlay menu.

You know you obsessed with B&O when you use a Beotalk as a bedside clock. Actually it is perfect as I don't need an alarm clock and it has a pale back light that is always on in the dark. So its bright enough to see the time but pale enough not to keep me awake and no need to press a button to see the time!

My old man is a real B&O enthusiast, so I got bitten by the virus early.

But i have not got the finances to go B&O earlier.

My "main" hifi/surround in the mancave is non B&O and will be for å long time, but where WAF matters, B&O is the way to go.
