I have never opened the speaker. The right side plays beautifully.

Steve,Have you tried swapping the speakers (just swap the cables at the amplifier end), to see if the problem follows an amplifier channel orone of the speakers?

I am new to this forum but not to B&O products, I never owned any in the past due to price but I always liked they way they are designed.
I am looking to purchase one of the Beocord 5500 or 6500 and have an opportunity to purchase a complete 5500 system if we agree on a price.
I am in the US, my questions to you:
1- Would you be able to ship parts to the US?
2- Do you have parts for different systems or just the cassette and turntable?
