Harmony software

I am pretty sure,,that what you read there about the Eclipse, will be the same for the Harmony.

I am not aware of a solution there.

Unfortunately since the last update I have several glitches with the Harmony. After I connected a external STB box with PUC control and the recent software update I can't control volume any more, only when you select the STB HDMI port at the sound center it comes back for all sources. also the B&O app does not start always, only disconnect power plugs will help.

Also sometimes no sound at all, also only disconnect of power helps.

Anybody similar experience? Need to call my B&O shop on Monday 

 

Is it possible to switch from PUC to CEC to control the Apple TV?  
The advantage would be that the additional PUC cable and the infrared transmitter are not anymore necessary.

But how?

Does CEC work on the Beosound Harmony Soundstage HDMI (A to D) connectors (how do I enable CEC) or only on the LG TV HDMI (1 to 3) connectors directly on the LG TV on the left side?
Are there any disadvantages?

Recently I experience a problem with Youtube. When watching YT and turning of the Harmony it first starts to close down but in a second or so the tv switches back on showing LG icon, the speakers open again, the tv box powers up and sound is coming from tv instead of sound center.

Turning it down again, all is fine.

Seems an sync issue with the LG apps and sound center.

Anyone else having this issue?

That is nice - the M3 became the Spotify update and now also the BV Harmony.

Seems that Spotify now is getting more attention from B&O.

Will be interesting once the lossless Spotify version will be rolled out.

 

P.S. @Gysse - could you post some pictures of the new features on the Harmony?

New 4.1 software add cover flow on Harmony when using Spotify connect

This is a great improvement for the Harmony. Never liked that when play spotify the screen didn't show anything. However can it be configured to display album art or not? As I can image some people like the screen to be 'off' when just playing music. 

It will display album art, just like Chromecast- for 2 minutes then it goes dark
