Here in Switzerland I get the impression that the dealers are happy to sell and install B&O systems but less interested in follow-up questions unless it involves equipment that they sold. So this makes B&O Customer support almost the only game in town for queries and requests for information.
I recently had various questions for them regarding accessories for a 5 year old TV system. I found the staff to be willing and helpful although you need to be a bit patient as it usually takes a couple of days to get a reply. Indeed they even went a step above and beyond: I wanted the dimensions for a floor stand and they included a picture of the stand showing the tape measure across it. A very nice touch.
