Changed it just now...

Logged out of the app and logged back in...

Still have the same problem...

Hi Kiran,

you have to choose the very first entry in the list Wink ...

In use: BV Avant 55 NG, BS Moment, 2x BL 5, A 6, A 2, A 1, H 6 MK I, H 7, A 8 (Earphones)

Currently not in use: BV 7-32 MK I, HDR 2, BS 9000 MK III, Serenata, 2x BeoCom 3

No problem, had the same issue in the past ...

I can confirm I’m using the right credential. 

i can login from the website via iPhone (this is from where I’m now posting), not from the app, despite having upgraded to the latest release of iOS and app. 🙁

Try this...

Delete the app and all related data on the phone...

Then go back to the app store and install a fresh version of the app...

Make sure you login with your user name, not your display name. The user name is case sensitive.

Kiran, I have cancelled and reinstalled the app (not sure on how to cancel the remaining data from the iPhone) but it still doesn’t work. 

Phil, I have tried with both my sign-in name and email address, none of these options seems to work.

This is strange...

I’ve never had login issues... only the dates were not showing properly until recently...

I found the issue... the character "+" in your password isn't supported properly by the app.

I'll fix this issue in a future version, but in the meantime you can either update your password on the site (to remove the +), or you can type those 3 characters %2B instead on the + character when you login using the app.

I think it used to be easy however our webmaster (Keith) has tightened it up.

You sign on via the browser; select edit profile link; select sign on details tab; and you land here ... what you do next ? I don’t know anymore !

To change your Beoworld Account password go to https://portal.beoworld.org

You could also just use the link under the David Lewis banner above which appears on EVERY forum page.
