Still waiting for the reply to emails to the PCB34 that was sent almost 5 months ago.
Can you please help to respond? I have sent email, message, sms and found it hard to get any reply from you to finalize the repair and getting the PCB back.

Sent you couple of emails and sms re the status of the Beosound 9000 PCB34, but have not received any reply. The tracking status said that you have received it on the 8th June 2021.
Can you please help to keep me updated.

Beolab 5 issue: Ice System 1 (PCB6)

Hi there, I've seen in a thread that you are experienced with component level repair for Beolab 5 (quote below)

I'm an electronic engineer and one of my 10+ year-old BL5 started making noises (especially when using the remote) and the B&O agent told me there's no more chassis replacement or second hand at double the price), so I decided to give it a shot myself and after investigating, I found the culprit.

An SMD zener diode on the PCB6 (primary side) of the Switching Power Supply is dead. As an idiot I forgot to write down its part number before closing the BL5, but I know it's D200 or 220. It is right under the rectangular rectifier (solder side) on the primary side of the PCB6.

Would you, by any luck, know what value it is? I could open the other BL5 to check, but it's a real pain to access that area.

Goedemorgen,

Behalve een aantal B&O apparaten (Beogram 4002, Beomaster 2400 en Beocenter 5000) heb ik ook nog Philips cd104 waarbij het beruchte oranje tandwiel tandjes mist.

Ik zag dat jij via 3d printen een vervangingswieltje kunt maken.

Zijn die te koop?

Anders wordt het tandwieltjes plakken vrees ik :-(
