help connecting beosound 5 to computer

i am having problems connecting beosound 5 the computer (apple mac) i have been told that this is a network issue, my provider is Sky and they have asked me to provide the following info, which my B&O supplier is unable to provide. the info they require are:

1 Name for the service

2 Protocol type for the port (TCP UDP or BOTH)

3 port range (start and finish for the port)

please help if anyone know this info
