Hi there, first of all I've to told you that my english maybe not so accurate.

I have a Beogram 7000 with an amazing working MMC-2 cartridge, but mainly with thick records (180grams or more) I have a problem:

When the tonearm  reaches the last minute (more or less) of the end of the record side (toward the center), appears with each turn  a short sound like a  rubbing altering playback speed, anybody knows something about this?

Thanks in advance,

MIkel

You need to lift the platter slightly using the adjustents shown here.

Many many thanks!

The instructions couldn't be better.

Now my Beogram passed to another level thanks to you...

Kind regards,

Mikel
