I have recently copied two items off of the hard disc onto a DVD- disc. I remember somewhere that it is necessary to finalize the disc in order to playback on other DVD machines. I did it many years ago , but have now forgotten the process and I cannot find any reference to it in the instruction manual.
Does anyone know the sequence to finalize the disc on the DVD2 machine?

Page 34 of the instruction suggests that it should be somewhere in the disc 'editing menu' - although the menu's content varies according to the 'situation and disc type'.
