I have a Samsung SP-A600 projector connect to my BeoSystem 3. I only have the Samsung SP-A800, A900, H700, and H800 loaded in the PUC. I set the BeoSystem 3 to use the Samsung SP-A800 PUC entry and pressing the "cinema" button on the Beo6 turns on the projector perfectly. However, when I turn off the BeoSystem 3, I get a screen from the projector asking me to confirm that I want to turn off the projector. I can't seem to find a button on the B&O remote that enables me to "enter" the confirmation to turn off the projector. Thus, the projector does not turn off. Can anyone provide any guidance here?

I think this is a fault in the PUC. It seems that the PUC only triggers On/off once, and the projector needs confirmation when turning off. Is it not possible to do a repeat configuration in the Beo6 setup software somewhere?

I have a similar setup (projector and BS3), however without the PUC as i have a JVC projector. I need you to confirm something for me as i am myself looking to beeing able to turn on my projector using my Beo4. Do you have an IR transmitter connectet to the BS3 and set in front of the projector IR in? If yes, i did not think that pressing "Cinema" itself send IR commands?

Can you please elaborate a bit on your setup?

Thanks in advance

Hi MartinW,

I have a JVC X9 projector. It would be great to have a PUC.

Thanks

Hi Martin

I have a HD-350 and think that might do with the X3 PUC without any problems.

Do you run a setup with JCV projector and B&O yourself?

I ask because i still do not quite know how it Works. I do not care if i can control the projector with my Beo4 besides the fact that the projector turns itself on when i choose "Format 0" on the remote. (cinemamode)

Hi,

I am looking at controlling a JVC X35 or X55 by my BV7-40. Do you know if the X3 codes will work for these more recent projectors as well. Thanks.

Great !

Can you send them to me, or tell me where to find them. They are not in Keith's official PUC list.  :-(

Thanks !
