I've seen a few mentioning config tool v.6, any big changes/improvements over 5.12?

I believe it has the features for beoplay v1 tv etc....

I don't have it but would like a copy.

Beosound 8, Beotime, Beocom 4, Beo 5, Lutron Rania, MacBook 15" (Mid 2015), iPad Pro, iPhone 6S, B&O Play H3, Beolit 12, Form 2, A8 Headphones, B&O Play A1, B&O Essence

It was said that it would provide a firmware update to the remotes so that it can be used in windows 64bits... I'm really searching for this version, but can't find it. If someone has a link... Cool

If someone has a link to Version 6 of the config tool, a PM would be greatly appreciated. I am running 5.12 now, but it's lacking all BeoPlay products, and the new Playmaker.

I also want it, and I can't really understand why it is so hard to get. It is a expensive remote and it seems silly to need to leave the remote in the store so someone who probably knows less about technology than myself can program it.

Hi everybody,

I think there is a good reason why the new Config Tool 6 has not been made available to us (who've requested it), have a look about the incompatibilities and complications mentioned in this thread:

- No Beo5 support
- Beo6 firmware + 32-bit  / 64-bit machine complications

If (when) I do get my hands on the Config Tool 6, and upgrade to Beo6, I will test it with a Mac with Parallels 7 running both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows to see if the tool (the whole process) works on ONE machine.

So, if you get the Config Tool 6, use with caution!

I believe the link to a french website was taken down. I have V6.0. It does not include the A9 i'm guessing a new tool will be out soon.
