Hi B&O lovers,

i have a beocord 7000 in front of me, where I just replaced all belts.

Now „everything“ works again.

play, fast forward in both directions. Turn, etc.

but there is no signal coming out of the engine.

i connected it to an Ouvertüre through the aux input.

Has anybody an idea?

i never had this kind of issue.

btw: the level indicator is always on +8, meaning it doesn’t move at all.

i could guess, it’s a signal problem, maybe the head?

how would you proceed?

All the best

Missing 8V reference voltage for the VU and Dolby circuits would be my guess.
Check C46 and C47.

Hi Martin,

thank You very much !!!

it was just these two capacitors.
I measured them with a mesr-100 esr meter, but they looked good.

i exchanged them anyhow and now a beocord 7000 in black is fully functional again.

best regards
