Beolink 5000 : The Absolutely Useless (Not) Screen Repair…

Warmed up by the fantastic Pilatomic thread on BL5000 screen replacement,
and somewhat remembering that one by a blue shirt guy you may know,
I made that little useless trick:

A little Background if anyone interested: I had this cosmetically pristine BL5000 with dead screen, I bought the special tool to repair the contacts from the ribbon cable but unfortunately the problem was that the ribbon was just broke at a crease. So I store it somewhere. Recently seeing all those 5000 popping everywhere and fancying a little change on my desk, I decide to my Beo4. After setting the 5000 "in the blind" to one way com (thanks Beoworld) I found that the empty screen was a little… Empty. And then…

It looks as it could have been the original start-up screen!

Damn, great job, I'm jealous of that look !

Happening right when I'm thinking about giving a bit more polish to the UI of my mod !
