beovision 9 power lead problem

my beovision 9 has a problem with its power lead the power goes into the tv but has no power coming back out to the beosytem 3 does it have a fuse inside inside the tv? also is it ok to run a power cable straight into the beosytem 3

Yes you can put a separate cable to the bs3

There is a power distribution circuit board inside the TV.
