Hi,
moving into the new house and a prereq to get Internet before we install fiber is to have a landline. Thus, I now have an opportunity to buy a Beocom and was wondering about the differences between Bc4 and Bc6000?
Leaning towards the 6000 as I like the one in white.
(A Bc2 is of course a potential option but as we will only keep the phone for some months I am not sure if it's worth it)

Hi Riven,
if you know that you won't keep the phone later, I'd just go for the cheapest option of the two. The BC4 is much smaller than the BC6000 so the buttons are much smaller and more fiddly to use - also less clear to read them as the numbers tend to wear off which they don't on the BC6000. Sound quality of both phones is very good. You need the master base for the BC6000 but if you like this option, if you decided to keep it you can extend it with extra handsets. You can also use the BC6000 as a remote for your other B&O AV products which you can't with the BC4.
The BC6000 always seems to be in demand (possibly more so than the BC4) so resale may be easier with the BC6000?
Dave.
Thanks Dave, remote control possibility tips it over to a BC6000

I use mine all of the time for that. When I get a phonecall I can just turn the sound down and don't have to hunt for the BEO4.
