Hi

There is no "stand" option on my Beo5. I have been in the config tool and there are no "stand" options that have been hidden. How do I control the motorised stand?

I did post this on the Beo5/6 page but no one replied so I am hoping I shall have better luck here. I couldn't find an answer either searching the forum.

Thanks

Ben

Hi Ben

From memory you select the stand option when configuring which products you are using. When you pick the tv there is box below that selection where you tick which tuner you are using and whether or not you have a motorised placement. Once this is ticked, the finished configuration will default to give you control of the stand.

Thanks Opman....I had selected the stand but I deselected it and selected it again and it worked all of a sudden. Must be good vibes coming from you that made it work. In any case thank you for replying!
