Reported the below to Beocare.
Got a promt reply that they will look into it.
I have tried to change to 2.4 Ghz network, but the problem happened again yesterday.
Problem description:
I suddenly experienced severe intermittent dropouts while listening to Tunein.
When I checked in Beotools app I could see that signal strength was excellent but it said I was not logged into Tunein.
I went into Beosetup App and could see that my credentials was empty. When I tried to login I got an error message.

After a while it played as it should again.
When checking Beosetup and Beotools again, the credentials was ok again.

I just sent a log from the Beosound 1.
There was some problems as you can see in the list below dated today Dec 30.
This problem have appeared before.

Hi Hiort,

Following this discussion with big interest, the BS1 or M5 is in the pipeline in 2017.

I do not accept excuses anymore such as the Moment

Beosupport have responded very quickly.

The technicians advise me (while they investigate the problem) to set preferred DNS to 8.8.8.8 and alternative DNS to 8.8.4.4 . This mean I also have to have a fixed IP to the BS1.

I´ll see if that change anything.

Arhhh, so they clearly don't see an immediate problem within the BS1 and are pointing to your network... ( if they advise to set the Google DNS's)

Experience the same problem, despite the suggested changes.Surprise

I have a hard time seeing that it is a network problem. This is my second BS1 and I had no such problem with the first one (the first was returned due to some other problems). Also, I have no problems with my A6.
