Hello there

I just received today the Beosound Moment for testing. I like the concept but I have a big issue. It does not show my wireless network in the settings. I have the ASUS EA-AC87 Access point (5GHz Wireless Access Point). All devices are finding the network including Smartphones, Laptops etc. but the Moment does not. Is there a possibility to fix that issue? Thank you very much for your feedback in advance.
Best regards
David

The Moment needs a 2.4GHz network

The Essence Mk 2 supports 5 GHz, I wonder why the decision to limit the Moment to 2.4 GHz??

I wasn't doubting you, I just thought it is an odd decision not to include 5 GHz support.

And I just noticed, it doesn't even support 802.11n.

There would be a conflict between the Jukebox and the WPL transmitter in the soundheart. 2.4Ghz is fine for what the Jukebox needs to do.

So in order to support WiSA they had to limit the wifi technology to the year 2003  (802.11g)?  I guess I will stay with wired speakers!
