Would the Beo4 bracket not work, maybe a little loose?

Cool! I didn't know there was. If this would have been Trivial Pursuit, I wouldn't have gotten my piece of cake! []

No i dont think so they Beo4 is a different shape and thicker so they 1000 would fall straight through.

Graham is quite correct - I did have a few which my old dealer gave me - goodness only knows where they went though. I confess to never using them - far more convenient to have them close by - even if Brutus sits on them and turns the TV on!

Yep - I once owned one for about 2 days after which I promptly gave it away. Very cheap plasticky thing that was more trouble to use than worth the effort.

The one I have is metal & plastic and completely "over engineered" in the usual B&O way. It is in two parts (fitted together before you get it) but that sit losely together so that the Beolink 1000 slips in an out more easily. Mine was on the wall next to my Beosystem 4500 for many years and I always found it easy to use! Either taking the remote in & out or using it in place.

I also have one for my Beolink 5000 and that definitely is a cheap bit of plastic with a piece of stick on aluminium to match the Beolink 5000. It does it's job though! and looks good with the Beolink 5000 in it.

It's definetely a cheap bit of plastic. Beo 4 wall bracket fits the Beolink 5000 perfectly!
