hello my moment wont put the speakers in standby anymore. Both wired and wirelss are on?
have tried to resett the soundheart but nonting.
when i push the powerbotton the speakers go off.

Congratulations! You have a good dealer. I got the same problem as Stian for 1 month ago. I have contacted a dealer (Bang & OLufsen Oslo Vest) 4 times about this problem, last time sent a reclamation, still no answer. I have reset 4 times, updated software, still no switch off of loudspeakers Beolab 20. I have to diconnect power cord of loudspeakers when not listening. My wife has a well functioning voice activated wireless system - she tells me and I go and unplugg speakers. Unfortunately I do not have a Wireless system. Welcome to A.D. MMXVIII

Mocht hem gelukkig weer terug geven!
Ik heb mijn beosound 5 gehouden.
Je bent niet de enigste.
Waardeloos apparaat voor veel geld.
Kan je hem niet omruilen voor een andere moment?
Bluesound node II kan je de beolab 18 ook via line op aansluiten.
Heeft ook een aparte subwoofer aansluiting.
Werkt perfect!
donderbeestje:Once again I'm very frustrated. Again my Moment is not working. Every 2 minutes It restarts. Anyone interested in buying it with 2 beolabs 18 and a bl19 ? In 45 years of listining music I never had such a waste of money. Spend 10000 euri on this set and every week something unexpected for the last 2 years. I'm really thinking about juridical steps to make a statement to compagnies selling unfinished products. Of course it is me, the fool unable to work with product, or its Deezers fault. Yeah right. Instead of enjoying music , this product is only frustrating me for 2 years. After a day of hard work I wAnt to relax for a few minutes, but what do I get ? Could you as CS reply me what to do next ? donderbeestje:It has been reletavily stable from April till saturday. Minor issues like left or right speaker signal-loss not included. These things are solved in a few restarts. Yes I have the latest version , its updated automatically and I checked manually for the latest. Racio is working perfct, apps on the phones and ipads too. But the Moment jams every time I trie a new artist in the collection. Its working now slightly better since 9:00. Some artists are working, others jam and than screen is black and restarts untill I choose an artist that jams again....

When you write "try new artist in the collection" that is you collection on your NAS or are you referring to Deezer?
donderbeestje:In Deezer. Only have a Moment and apps on my phone and ipads. It looks like a Deezer/moment communication problem. Some artists in collection are working perfect now. Other artists (also the ones that are favorites for more than a year, so not recent ones) are not working. When I select those artists and try an album the restart of the Moment begins... As if only a part of my collection is installed on the Moment. But with the app those artists are working great.
