BC5500 or BC7000 cable will also work.

not sure whether there’s a misunderstanding or not ?
the cable or wire-harness I am chasing is the hard-wired cable with one DIN plug attached connecting to a BM while the other end is hard-wired directly onto the main board of the BC6500 - in other words it is non-removable like a interconnect but like the powercable.

I can build a replacement cable for you to solder to the board inside the Beocord if you can't find an original cable from another owner.
