Beosound 2 and Google Voice Control - to change volume levels

Wonder if I'm doing something wrong / need to check settings or do a full reset to my Beosound 2.

As it happily will change the volume via ("hey Google") voice control commands I give it when I use streaming services, but when I play music from my B&O NL / ML system & the B&O App it wont change the volume (using "hey Google" voice commands)

The Google Assistant works perfectly well for Google questions / searches when it is being used to play "B&O based" music btw

thanks for any suggestions

In that use case Google Assistant have no access to BS2.

I thinks that is a bit confusing.
