Beolit 15 Only works while charging

Just opened it from the box, charged it up, and then removed it from charged and it worked normally. But the next time I put it on charge, it would not work if it’s not charging. Even if I unplug it while it plays music, the speaker just turns off.

Any tips to fix this issue?

Sounds like a bad battery. I had the same issue with an Arcam rCube back in the day. Just ended up using it as a connected speaker since the sound quality was good. In your case, since it is brand new you can probably get it replaced.

The thing is that I opened the box after a month of receiving the speaker. Can I still return it? I ordered it on amazon

In the US you have 30 days to return with Amazon. So as long as you start the process before 30 days...
