Problem downloading service manuals

is anyone else able to open service manuals they downloaded from beoworld? I tried several and they download properly, but if I try to open them it says the file is damaged. Thank you for your help.

I tried a few (on iPad) and they all worked. I suggest you try a different browser or/and PDF viewer. If it still doesn’t work, name a specific problem file and we will look into it. 

I need the service manual for the Beovision 10-46. The file does not seem to download fully (it is quite large at 56mb). Smaller files download with no problem. I tried downloading the file on Mac, iPad, iPhone and tried opening it with various PDF readers.

I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to download the BeoVision 10-46.

I have done some tests from various machines and using different ISP's without problems using the BeoVision 10-46 Service Manual

I can only assume that the problem may be linked to download size limits of your ISP.

Are you able to download via a mobile network or different ISP?

Mobile does not work either (stops at around 25mb). Could someone maybe send it to me via e-mail? I would be very grateful!
