Let's get right to it:

My tonearm wont go down properly to reach the record.

Now, i have looked inside the manual Where it states you van set the tonearm by adjusting a screw as shown:

The Problem is, there is no L screw shown in the manual.

Does anyone now how to set the hight properly cause i can't seem to find a way to adjust it.

FYI it's the Beogram 2000 5821

Most likely the lifting mechanism has broken at the tonearm base.
It's quite common.

Any way to fix this or is this a lost cause?

I can't really tell if it's broken or not.  I have no idea what to look for.

There is obviously something wrong. But then I Have to take it apart to see I think

Al I can say is that before it was in this state, maybe a couple hours before the picture, i probably bumped into it and now it won't get any lower than You see above.

You may have to disassemble the tonearm. I've had both broken hinges, which I replaced with some aluminium. It works quite well.

It seems like the part you described is also 'wack' on my end. No idea how I would fix this though.

How about the idea you were just given above?
