My BeoVision 4 65" has developed an odd fault — a pink stripe about 4" wide and 14" long has appeared on the screen, presumably due to a section of stuck pixels. Is there any easy resolution for this, or is the screen on the way out? If so, is it normal for this to happen after less than five years' use?

There was a similar fault described on the archived forum, but it doesn't come up with any obvious search.

This external link may give you an idea of possible Panasonic screen problems, but at less than 5 years old I'd be asking the B&O dealer for an opinion.

This is a fairly well known issue and your dealer will help you out - there is nothing wrong with the screen as such: some of the electronics will need some cleaning (based on where the stripe is).
