Try unplugging the 3500, bs5 and mlgw. Wait a minute or two. Plug them all back in.
I recently had a problem where my ML network divided. One side of the house could only work with the tv, the other side only the bs9000/bs5 (each on a different side of the house). Unplugging everyone, and replugging fixed it.
