Folks,

I reconnected my BV6 (type 9251) to the motorized stand. Problem is, the stand does not move, not manually with the remote, not when turning it on/off. There is no menu called "stand" to be found anywhere.

Is there a procedure one needs to do after connecting a motorized stand so that the TV recognizes it, calibrates it etc? If so, how do I start this procedure?

Thanks!

Try resetting the TV to factory default and unplug the TV from the mains. Unplug the stand from the TV and start again after a couple of hours.

You don't need to reset your TV to factory defaults, but you have to unplug the mains, connect the stand and then plug it back in. This should do the trick
