My BeoRemote One is driving me a bit crazy. Its always rebooting itself. Every time I press a button "bang&olufsen" comes up and then I have to wait. I changed the batteries from another remote that worked perfectly. It still does it. Come to the point where I use it to switch the TV on then use the B&O remote up on my phone. Sometimes I press it and it does nothing as well just a blank screen on the remote.
Any ideas on what the issue could be?

You will have it replaced under warranty, for sure.

I have phoned B&O. The guy that answered has never heard of this issue and says the technician will have to phone me tomorrow as he is out. So I will wait to see what happens with that. Quite frustrating as the remote is virtually unusable.
