Hi.

I control my Beoplay A6 via the Beomusic App, in the menu there are different sources to choose from, one of them is IOS. When i choose that I can see my music in iTunes from the computere (iMac) but alle the songs are "trunked", gray, and can´t be played. What is wrong?

When that happens to me it is because I have not purchased the music, or because it has not been copied from one of my CDs.

In other words, if BeoMusic can't prove your "rights" to the music it grays it out

you can only play the music which is on your device, the rest is grey as with iTunes Match. you can stream your library via Airplay from your iMac to the A6

Thanks for your replies.

The music is copied from CD´s but I subcribed to iTunes Match once but unsubcribed again after 8 months. Maybe the matching of my libary did something regarding the rights to my music? It is the same with iMusic. I see the playlists on the Beomusic App but cant play them.

If your legitimate copies were refreshed by iTunes Match then yes I believe* your Digital Rights will have been affected.

Refreshing includes:

-- iTunes Extra upgrade to a higher bit rate than your source recording

-- iTunes Match replenishment from the Cloud of a deletion of your source recording

This is why I have kept all my source CDs and kept digital backups as well

* my believe may be out of date Unsure
