Hi I'm new to this forum. I just bought a beovision 8-32 tv. I have a small problem with the tv.

When in dark room the light sensor turns the backlight to low.

So my question is, can I disable the sensor? And how.

Other question. How can I change to another setting like cinema or dynamic?

I have the beo4 remote.

Hopefully someone can assist me with this.

Regards Kristinn from Iceland

Hi - I have the same and disabled the light sensor - goto menu, scroll down to picture or sound, enter 0,0 then press Go, select Monitor, go to Picture Adjustments and you should be able to switch off light sensor in there. You're software might be slightly different as I haven't got the picture you have.

Great set by the way

... and welcome to BeoWorld - the place to get your questions answered! Big Smile

The BeoVision 8, in my opinion, is an underrated TV and a complete bargain at the prices they're making.
