The FM board is dead, nothing you can do about it unfortunately. It is a common problem, have n to heard of anyone getting one working again. I have had a lot of them die.

Only thing to do is find a donor board that works.

The glass doors can be adjusted and old dirt removed from the gliders, then they work again.

Are only the presets not locked? Does the searchfunction still work?

If the backup battery is dead, several basic settings are lost.

Hi Beobuddy,

When I scan it only stops on one FM channel. I can assign this one Channel to a preset.

Hi how might I re adjust the glass doors.

Is it possible to find a suitable defused glass replacement as one of the doors is chipped?

Is it normal to trigger the sensor and the doors open when walking near or past the front of the system. Is there usually a few seconds delay from when pressing play on a cd and the doors closing?

Also there's a slight static charge emulating from the stainless steel face

below the CD player.

Apart fro that it seems to work fine...
