After 30+ years of service, my Beomaster 2000 programming lid has failed.  The plastic arm that is connected to the metal cover and carries the spring has snapped.  Has anyone been able to repair this arm?

I used a plastic specific epoxy and painted it black on a similar BM 3000.

Excellent.  Is there a brand of expoxy you can recommend?

I just used a generic store brand plastic epoxy.

Thanks everyone for the info/encouragement.  Used Loctite Epoxy.  Cure time will end later this evening.  Initial results seem encouraging.
