Hello everyone.

I own a B & o  5.1 surround system with beosystem 3.

I want to connect my turntable to the BS3 (reloop 7000), I connected the RCA cables to the input of an amplifier (and so far the signal works), and then connected to the BS3 output in the Av6 socket (RCA inputs). I have configured the socket as CAMERA, however when I call the CAMERA source from my Beo4 remote control, no sound comes out. What am I doing wrong?

same results if i try to connect my iphone with the minijack

thanks everyone

Hi and welcome to Beoworld

Did you go through the configuration steps for the AV6 input in the menu?

I made some attempts and i noticed that the audio source (spdif/rca) works only if there's also an hdmi connection active in the same source.

The strange things is that another BS3 that i have in my parent's house works flawlessy without this workaround.

is it related maybe  because i have connected a non B&O screen to my setup? Confused

Is your parent's Beosystem 3 connected via Masterlink to other devices or stand alone? Are both (yours and your parent's) BS3 the same variant (MK1, MK2 or MK3)?

The beosystem 3 are both MK1.

Both have 5.1 b&o surround system, in my case Beosound9000 via masterlink, in my parents, Beocenter2.

They have beovision 4-50,  in my case LG monitor...
