Beocenter 9500 cassette part required/ fix

I got a beocenter 9500 but the cassette player is chewing up the cassettes.

 

Visibly I can see the two middle parts that roll the tape are not identical one needs new part. See photos below.

 

What is this part called? Where do I get it from and is it a speacial way to fix it?

 

Will this fix the cassette chewing up issue or is there another reason for it?

Missing is the tri-wing, a spring and a small locking ring.
Yes, it could damage tapes like that. 

It will most likely also need new belt(s), cleaning and fresh lubrication.
Apart from the missing parts all very common.

Scrap is easily recognized. It is more than about 3-4 years old and has either Philips or some japanese brand name stamped on it.
If I considered B&O parts scrap, I wouldn't have had considerably more than enough of it to make most sane people worry about me.
