Beoplay M5 and Google Home App

I am having issues connecting by Beoplay M5 to the google home app.  I have the latest speaker software showing in the in the B&O app and the speaker has been set to Chromecast enabled. I have a Beosound 2 with voice assistant and a Beoplay M3 already linked but the M5 is not showing at all in the app.  The speaker works if I use Spotify connect and I can use airplay with no issues. 

I am wondering if there is a way to hard reset the speaker to see if it's recognised.  I have manually added it to my WIFI network and it is bluetooth enabled.  Every other speaker I have added just appears in the app ready to pair but not this one!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
