Hi,
I noticed today that all my 4 BeoCom phones not longer ring when I receive outside calls. The BeoCom 6000 and 2 display the number or name of the incoming caller, while BeoCom 5 does not display anything.
The phones still ring when I call them via the internal phone network, and outside calls work just fine. Ringing is correctly setup on ON on all the phones.
Has anyone ever had a similar experience, and if yes, how can I solve the issue? Just wanted to make sure it's not a problem with the phones before contacting the hotline.

Problem solved. Did a reset of my internet box.
Hi there,
Just out of curiosity, are you in the United Kingdom? If so, are you using BT's digital voice service, or something similar with another provider?
I am having this issue at the moment. I can make outgoing calls, but I cannot recieve incoming calls. It rings for a moment, then cuts off. If you have any advice, please share it.
