Hi all,

I hope that you can help me with this issue.

Please look at the photo of my setup. I need help regarding two ways communication. How must I setup the NL/ML converter in order to play NETRADIO stations on my ML TV’s? Change channel etc.

Thank you in advance

Hi jgraefe,

The software on BS9000 is 2.0.

Now, when I press NMUSIC on BeoRemote One in the living room my BV7-55 turns on NETRADIO on the Core via BeoSound 9000. However, on the display "PHONO" appears. Anyway I'm able to fully control the CORE via the IR eye – turn on NRADIO, change radio channel etc.

This is currently not possible on the rest of the ML TV's.

According to this thread you need SW2.2 to use N.RADIO or N.MUSIC on your BS9000: https://archivedforum2.beoworld.org/forums/t/23350.aspx

The thread also includes a link to detailed instructions for upgrading SW, posted by Keith.

And PHONO is displayed instead of N.RADIO because it uses the same (old) IR code.  You will probably also find that selecting N.MUSIC indicates A.TAPE2, for the same reason.

Its like mine

I switched my Beosystem 3 to Option 6 and the Converter to Videomaster. In this Version you can choose in the Converter Menu for example dvd and Tell him to take music from the Core. To choose this on my beo4 i have to press link + dvd. On my beolab 3500 only dvd.

So i can also use cd on my Beolink Speaker Big Smile

BS9000 + BS Core + Beosystem 3 + BL8000 + BL4 + BL2 + BL7-1 // BeoVision 7 32“ + BL8000 // Beoplay M5 // Beoplay S3 // 2x BL3500 // 2x BeoPlay A6 + 2x Essence Remote // 2x BeoSound 8 // Playmaker + BL6000

I would try the next setup (maybe a sound delay between NL and ML, but that can be solved).

connect the Core to your (W)LAN (no IR)

integrate the Core as a Primair Source in the BV11

connect the BLC to your (W)LAN and ML

program the BLC as Source Center

That sounds interesting – good tips. Thanks Carolpa.

Actually I already have a NL/ML delay box, but I'm not sure what the delay settings should be set at. All my NL products are hardwired (expect the M3 ofc.)

Do you have any experience in this area?
