Hi there,

I have picked up some Cx50 speakers that have the 2 pin Din connectors. How can use these speakers on a Technics Dx950 amp that just has the bare wire speaker connection options?

Thanks

Buy some 2 pin din connectors (ebay, amazon…..) and mount these on the speakers wire/cable with the lenght you’d need.

Thanks for the response. So the male DIN cable would just plug into something like this:

CableStop ® 2 Pin FEMALE DIN Hi-Fi Speaker Plug Cable Audio Connector PACK of 2 - Screw Connections https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08DDFJRGN/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_XYKX1NDP6KC71DTDCYAR

How does the speaker wire connect to the other end of this type of adapter?

Thanks again

Exactly….since the CX50’s have a male connector.

’The other end’….I understood that the amp accepts bare wires - so just attach them (using the right terminal according to how you mounted the plug).
