The red lamp on my Beolit 12 never turns green.
It does not take any charging as it seems. Is there a possibility to swap battery? Its a second life Beolit 12, but its probably under warranty.

You can check the charge of the battery through the setup page (either using the setup app, or through a browser).
You can check whether the percentage is or is not increasing. If still under warranty, don't hesitate and check with a dealer.

Problem:
Could not charge the Beolit 12. Charging lamp stayed red, and the BeoSetup said 0% charge. With no mains cord connected the Beolit stayed dead.
Solution:
I made a reset back to factory setting.
Now I can see that the battery is charging on the BeoSetup App.
Problem sorted :)
