Beomaster 6500 Volume Control issue

I have access to a Beomaster 6500 but the volume level does not work.

Does anyone have any suggestion / solution to change volume level on a Beosystem 6500 ?

Do the other remote functions work?

And what is the BM6500 connected to? Direct to speakers, and if so are they Active (via Powerlink) or Passive (via Speakerlink)?

Most likely a problem with the MCP.

I am not familiar with the term "MCP"

I'm guessing a Master Control .... ?

Master Control Panel = The remote control for your Beomaster.

Yes, the other remote functions work

I will have to verify how the speakers are connected
