I am getting rid of my Beomaster and want to copy all the music from it prior to it being taken away. Either to my Mac or to my NAS. At the moment though I am struggling to access any folders or files in the Beomaster. I can see it on my Mac but when I click on it to try & look at the folders etc it doesn't do anything.

Would anyone know what I am doing wrong please, or if not does anyone know an alternative way of copying my music?

Thanks in advance!

Hey there, a problem maybe the fact that you're browsing through a network maybe wireless that is not very fast so you have to wait a little bit before the contents appear because i have this little problem that is caused by the router because is not a very fast one... So i have to wait for 2 or 3 secs then i can see the contents. Then i copy them. Another way is like open from your BS5 the "Service Menu" so you get in Windows Xp and from there you connect an External hdd or a usb drive and from windows you copy everything. I sincerely suggest you to use the second one because the transfer speed is higher and if you have many songs on that then is better to use that method.

I hope i helped you

bye
