I recently had to reset my Beoplay 32 from factory settings. I have a laptop, Virgin + Box and Apple TV connected and all is working well except for one minor problem.

When i press DTV which is the button I have assigned to the V+ box the tv turns on but the box does not. I need to press 'go' to turn the box on. Prior to this the box came on when I pressed DTV.

I have the correct PUC downloaded, IR blaster is set to off when tv is in standby mode.

it's a minor irritation but I'd appreciate any advice to help me fix it

Many thanks

Hi there, hope you like the V1...

The very last stage of setting up a source on the V1 is called 'Standby Options'. You need to set this to Off at TV Standby. That way, when you select your Virgin box, it will send the Power command to it to turn it on. Also, when you turn the TV off, it will send the power command to the Virgin box to turn it off.
