Hi guys,

cos the BL3 are very affordable at the moment (demos incl. floor stands) for less the 2k, I was asking myself ....

Should I trade a pair of BL4000 MKII (is only used as rear speaker for my BL10-46) on floor stands for a pair of BL3 on floor stands? Or is it only a good/bad way to "burn some money" to sell a beauty for a pair of ugly "ducks"?

By the way front speakers are a pair of BL9.

Options???

I would not upgrade, just as rear speakers, it just not what the Beolab 3s deserve...

Trade

ALT all the way.

I have 5s in front and 9s in rear.

No such thing as too much!

Today one of the BL4000 said "good bye" while watching a movie. Diagnosis from my specialist dealer is faulty amplifier. So I have to think of invest a view hundred € of buy a pair of BL3 or BL12-3.
