They're deliberately trying to create confusion with B&O. It's absolute garbage and one of the 'White Van Speaker Scam" brands mentioned here. There's even a Wikipedia entry on it.
Ironically, I happened to see a full-page ad in Sound and Vision magazine (January 2014). It seemed odd that company would sell both projectors AND speakers. Their home theater set up looks like a Bose Acoustimas knock-off. Believe it or not, but they have a website. Both it and the magazine ad have manufacturer's suggested retail prices. I guess they do this for people become familiar with the brand while making it think they're getting a deal when they see the white van.

The web site was undoubtedly set up by the scammers so that they can "prove" the $3,795 MSRP for the HDX-707 system (and other products) 'on the fly'. You'll notice that under the 'Contact' tab, there is no contact information. And 'authorized' is spelled "au-thorized"
