From the B&O webpage for the BL5

Power Consumption: Typical: 34 W; Standby: 0.5 W

Jeff

I'm afraid I'm recovering from the BeoVirus. Sad

Dear Maab,

Im just curious why you leave them on all the time? About the consumption I guess its about 5 w each at idle.

Well, because my B&O equipment includes only bl5, bl3 and beo4. Anything else is operated with one remote. And it's a pain to locate and use the beo4 for the other member in the house to Turn on/off.

I'm thinking to dive into Lintronic but I'm a little nervous to introduce yet another system.
