Beocom 6000 no dial tone

Hi and thanks in advance.....

i have inherited a 2nd hand base set.....i have tried installing the set to a few different sockets within the house and cannot seem to get a dialtone.....lights on the base are green and battery is showing charged.

i can scroll and access the menu ect but it wont call out or recieve calls.

it has the splitter type hardware app on the top and line and power underneath

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there

all I know is there were different type splitters for different counties.

i had to pick up a different splitter for my beocom pstn a few years back and even know it was the GB model I could never get caller display to work.

try a different splitter.
