Hi,
I have recently acquired an ex-display Beovision 10-46. Its beautiful, but about once a week, it won't start, unless I unplug and replug it.
Has anybody heard of this problem? Is there a fix?

Yes the TV is connected via ML.
I am not sure where to find the firmware number... and what should be the latest version. Here's a photo of Monitor Info screen...
Did this come from Swiss Cottage by any chance? I think I was eyeing it up as the price was amazing, but obviously I didn't act quickly enough
I bought it in London, but was told it came from a shop in Birmingham...
Does the BV10 do its software updates in the same way as the BV11 i.e. automatically via internet or over-air?
For intermittent broadcast reception problems I wouldn't rule out occasional locking-up of the internal tuner.

Pretty shabby to sell a product from an official B&O source without up-to-date software.

I take it as an oversight... on other points they've been very generous... swapping the used floor stand for a brand new one, same for the speaker cover and remote.
I have emailed them this morning, let's see what they propose. The TV is under warrantie.

You will need a visit from a B&O technician to update the SW of the BV10.
If you want to control any external device (AppleTV, BRP...) do ask him for updating the PUC list as well.
The HD-tuner can be updated by yourself - see the post above (Raeuber).
And yes, that should have been done already by the dealer, where you bought it!
