Hi all,

I relented and bought our son an Xbox One which has HDMI pass thru... Very useful for those that need additional digital video connections.

Myself with no gaming background and a son hell bent on creating one its a good mix of gaming and non gaming features.

I was surprised to find the Xbox One is configurable can turn on the TV and control its volume. Rather useful with its app as well.
Problem is that it sends a TV command rather than PC or DVD2 to the BV7 which I would like to change. The TV command activates the analog tuner and displays snow nowdays.

Wondering if anyone else has information on editing the Xbox codes? The Xbox One forum is very basic.

I am sure at some point this maybe of use to others.

A quick update.

Xbox support (Australia) advised that a future update will allow both the "B & O" and "Bang & Olufsen" control codes to be modified. They advised setting the Device - Power On option to manual for the time being.
