Anyone from SoCal, or has / had experience with B&O Dealers in the Los Angeles Area?
In another thread I mentioned in passing that I stopped into the Pasadena Dealer's shop on a lark, and was treated pleasantly enough. I wasn't there more than 30 min.
But now that I'm pretty sure a B&O television will be in my future, can anyone weigh in with experiences in the LA area? Google / Yelp reviews don't help at all.
(I'm kinda hoping that the pleasant feeling I got at the Pasadena dealer wasn't by accident)
Cheers!
The Rodeo Drive store in Beverly Hills has always been very nice to me. I'm a college student so I don't exactly look like I'm about to spend a bunch of money in their store but they always take a lot of time to talk with me and show me products, even when I tell them I'm just looking for fun. I've had a few times where they're busy with a big sale though and they forget that anyone else is in the store, which is understandable. But they scored big points when they just gave me some spare parts they had for an old vintage beomaster of mine.
I went to the MIR audio video store in west Hollywood, staff there were great, gave me a ridiculous discount on a Beosound Encore too. It's not that far from Rodeo Drive store, maybe 30 min?
I can also recommend the Rodeo store - good guys and nice showroom.
I'm moving to LA next month and will be selling my mint condition BV11-55 if interested? PM me.
